Once your overall concept and vision are set, we will take care of the execution and management of your special day. We will scout out the best venues, find the most talented and reliable vendors, review and negotiate contracts, taste and select caterers and bakers, and source and approve any other design elements you need. We will also handle the logistics, including timelines, transportation, and budget reports, and keep you updated throughout the process.

- Conducting a walkthrough with your vendor team 90 days before your wedding date
- Creating a day-of timeline
- Creating room diagrams (Plan A & rain plans if applicable)
- Creating your ceremony run-of-show
- Coordinating all remaining details with your vendor team and taking over vendor communications
- Conducting your wedding ceremony rehearsal
- Managing the event from set-up to strike (we are the first vendor to arrive, excluding hair and make-up, and the last vendor to leave on your wedding day!)
- On the day of your wedding, we will be there every step of the way to ensure that you can focus on your friends and family and not on wedding logistics.
